Refund & Cancellation Policies

Our products are handmade to order and can only be returned if they are faulty. We will endeavour to remedy any faults before a return is arranged. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned we will refund in full and pay the return shipping costs. 


Any other items which are returned due to a change of mind within the first 14 days (from delivery) must be returned in original condition and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs of the return. A refund will be processed once we receive the goods back and have verified they are in original condition. For any flat packed furniture which has been assembled prior to being returned, we reserve the right to apply a 25% charge to cover the diminishing value.

Shipping Policies

All of our products acknowledge and comply with the General Product Safety Regulations 2005, which require and ensure all goods placed on the market are safe for use.


Our products come accompanied with an electronic 'safety & usage document', as well as visual assembly instructions. We've designed our products to be really easy to assemble, but we've created some instructions with pictures just in case!

Our products are flat packed and shipped via courier as standard. 

Our choice of couriers vary due to product being shipped, destination as well as current prices and availability. These typically include ParcelForce, DX & FedEx. 

Standard UK shipping time is 5 - 10 working days. Worldwide shipping is typically longer, at 2 - 4 weeks. 

Lead times can be subject to vary due to factors such as demand, material availability, courier capacity, personal time off etc.

Shipping outside of the UK can always incur customs charges which will need to be covered by the customer. 

Whilst we try to avoid these where possible, it always varies based on the destination and the relevant policies. 

Additionally, any orders placed which reach destination country, and are failed to be collected from the depot will be returned to sender. These instances occur when the parcel arrives, delivery to shipping address is attempted with no success. The package will then return to the depot, where contact will be made with the customer to come and collect, or rearrange delivery. We will attempt to resend the package once it returns to use, however these instances will require the customer to cover the repeat shipping costs that will be incurred when rebooking the shipping.
