Safety & Standards
All of our products acknowledge and comply with the General Product Safety Regulations 2005, which require and ensure all goods placed on the market are safe for use.
Our products come accompanied with an electronic 'safety & usage document', as well as visual assembly instructions. We've designed our products to be really easy to assemble, but we've created some instructions with pictures just in case!
Our products which are custom made to order can only be returned if they are faulty. We will endeavour to remedy any faults before a return is arranged. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned we will refund in full and pay the return shipping costs.
Any other items which are returned due to a change of mind within the first 14 days (from delivery) must be returned in original condition and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs of the return. A refund will be processed once we receive the goods back and have verified they are in original condition. For any flat packed furniture which has been assembled prior to being returned, we reserve the right to apply a 25% charge to cover the diminishing value.

Ply Plugs
As Birch Ply is made using natural materials, there is always variation in colour and grain.
Additionally, as part of the manufacturing process, Ply manufacturers remove knots and replace them with plugs (as pictured). They're often discreet and barely visible unless up very close. We try and lose and hide these where we can.
These are not faults and defects.
